Our expertise in the field of equality, positive action and innovative employment and training programmes was recognised in an evaluation of our work, “Good Practice in Positive Action”, published by Communities Scotland.  The report highlighted a number of areas including the record of success of PATH Trainees into employment.  The report further described the organisation and its work as, "an exemplar of good practice". 

PATH continues to play a key role in challenging inequalities principally through our housing traineeships, but also through our work in other sectors and areas.  Our achievements were recognised at the Scottish Black and Minority Ethnic Achievement Awards who presented PATH (Scotland) with the Training and Education Award in 2008.  The awards ceremony highlighted the outstanding contribution individuals and organisations had made in their respective fields.
