The PATH (Scotland) Leadership Programme has been developed by PATH (Scotland) with funding from the Race Equality and Religion Integration Fund as a positive action measure to address the under-representation of Black and Minority Ethnic Communities in Management roles.  The course is free to successful participants.  On completion of the course participants will  receive a Certificate of Professional Development in Developing Management and Leadership Skills from the Centre for Life Long Learning, the University of Strathclyde.
