PATH (Scotland) was established in 1998 with charitable objectives to address the under-representation of Black and Minority Ethnic Communities in Housing and related areas.  We have supported over 240 people from BME Communities to access employment and career progression in their chosen field.

We do this by running structured traineeships in collaboration with Registered Social Landlords and Local Authorities in Scotland.  Our traineeships have been extremely successful and over 90% of trainees have gained employment in housing post placement.

We also run a Leadership Programme and have provided support for Social Work students.
